Powered by Enterprise Singapore, we showcased biomedical startups from Singapore with rapid-fire pitches. Attendees learned how Singapore became a leading innovation hub in Southeast Asia while enjoying Singaporean art, food, and cultural elements. Enterprise Singapore, the government agency behind the event, supports local companies in building capabilities, innovating, and expanding globally.

The inaugural UTokyo IPC Session in Boston introduced "1stRound," a startup gateway program aimed at accelerating innovation and fostering talent collaborations. Organized by UTokyo IPC, one of Japan's largest academic venture capital firms, the event highlighted their support for Boston-based startups like Axial Therapeutics and Carbon Biosciences. UTokyo IPC seeks cutting-edge technologies and exceptional talent for investment opportunities and new company establishment, bridging connections between the University of Tokyo, Japanese universities, and Boston's vibrant innovation ecosystem.

At the event, innovative Spanish startups like Adamo Robot SL, creators of a collaborative robot for musculoskeletal disease management, and Aitaca, offering AI solutions for predicting jewelry sizes, showcased groundbreaking technologies. Other highlights included CrossDNA, specializing in genetic testing for athletes, Dcycle, helping companies manage environmental data, and GeneticAI, an interactive learning platform. Additionally, HR Bot Factory automates recruitment with AI, Orquest optimizes workforce planning in retail, SPIKA Tech focuses on Deep Tech for healthcare, and iCommunity enhances data traceability using blockchain.
