Clients of TINS, including governmental organizations, large corporations and non-profits are often interested in establishing their physical presence in Boston. TINS helps to facilitate and identify the ideal office spaces for these clients, based on their staffing needs as well as operational considerations. We are fortunate to be partnering with the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) which is the world’s largest innovation campus to make this happen.
The TINS innovation model relies heavily on the use of co-working spaces and event spaces to bring together our partners, collaborators, and clients in a real world setting. Both planned and unplanned interactions are a crucial part of the innovative process, whether you are a scientist of a biotech start-up or representing a foreign government.
Opportunities for space at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) include both private office space as well as co-working space, as well as event spaces. All spaces at CIC are accompanied by dedicated onsite staff, bookable conference rooms, fully stocked kitchens, building access 24/7, secure high speed internet and a mailing address in Kendall Square.
As a foundational piece of our innovation model, we have developed a strong understanding of how physical spaces should be designed to foster innovation environments. By partnering with CIC and outside experts, TINS also provides consulting services in the area of space design for private organizations.
